Job Overview

This role is a newly created position that supports revenue recognition and claim submissions for Field Module contracts. It involves preparing and validating data, coordinating claim submissions, managing client claims documentation, addressing rejected claims, and partnering with Commercial, Project, and Validation teams to optimize cash flow.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and validate financial data for revenue recognition and billing aligned with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate the submission of claims and subcontractor confirmations
  • Manage documentation for client claims, including statutory declarations and insurance policies
  • Address and resolve rejected claims, ensuring accurate resubmission
  • Partner with Commercial, Project, and Validation teams to optimize cash flow and maintain a healthy ledger
  • Guide junior team members in financial analysis and reporting processes
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial processes in operations or maintenance projects
  • Attention to detail, logical thinking, and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
