About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a scheduler - planner or similar role, preferably in the print manufacturing industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor daily scheduling, resolving conflicts or delays through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Allocate jobs to suitable press technologies based on label specifications, materials, and production efficiency.
  • Liaise with Production Managers to align schedules with operational capacity, labor availability, and performance targets.
  • Engage in planning and customer support functions as required.
  • Communicate accurate lead times and delivery schedules, adjusting plans to accommodate changes or constraints.
  • Identify delivery risks early and collaborate with Services to implement proactive solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a scheduler - planner or similar role.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in planning scheduling software.
  • High level of maturity and credibility to influence others and build/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills & strong problem-solving abilities.
