About the Opportunity

CoreStaff is seeking experienced Roller Operators to join our team in the southern region of Adelaide. As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of rollers, including smooth drum, pad foot, and multi-wheel rollers, as well as compactors and other heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate rollers and compactors on construction sites
  • Perform pre-start checks and maintenance on equipment
  • Assist with general labouring duties as required
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in operating rollers and compactors
  • Plant tickets for roller operation
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the civil industry
  • Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol test
  • A White Card obtained in a classroom setting
