About the Opportunity

CoreStaff is seeking experienced Roller Operators to join our team in the southern region of Adelaide. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating various types of rollers, compactors, and other heavy equipment on civil works projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate smooth drum, pad foot, and multi-wheel rollers on construction sites
  • Perform general labouring duties as required, including machine pre-starts and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the civil industry, with a focus on roller operation and maintenance
  • Plant tickets for roller operation and a valid White Card
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol test
  • Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
