About The Opportunity

We are seeking Roller Operators for immediate start who are looking for their next career opportunity. Our projects include storm water infrastructure construction, road upgrades, and commercial building civil works. Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

  • Experience in smooth drum, pad foot, and multi-wheel rollers
  • Compactor experience
  • Experience in machine pre-starts
  • General labouring duties as required

About You

Successful candidates will be required to perform several different duties, these can include but are not limited to the use of plant machinery and labouring duties. To be successful, we require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Roller Ticket (essential)
  • White Card (essential) obtained in classroom
  • Minimum 12 months experience within the civil industry
  • Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol
