About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Financial Accounting Advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial accounting advice to our clients, assisting with financial reporting and analysis, and developing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Attend financial accounting workshops with clients and perform first-level reviews of draft technical accounting analyses.
  • Assist with project management of engagements, including coordination of executive reviews and off-shore teams.
  • Develop strong internal and external networks with peers and clients.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and general participation in business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/AASB).
  • Background in professional services (audit/assurance) preferred.
  • An interest in financial and non-financial reporting.
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
