About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Dulux Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, specification, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Brand Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
  • Align Sales, Specification, and Marketing: Ensure seamless collaboration across functions to deliver brand/segment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Support NPD Agenda: Contribute to the development of new product initiatives that support business growth targets.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to a Brand Manager and work closely with other business functions to drive success.
  • Lead Market Research: Conduct market research projects to inform brand strategy and innovation initiatives.
  • Agency and Budget Management: Manage agency relationships and budgets to deliver brand marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strategic Brand Management Experience: Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management.
  • Stage & Gate Processes: In-depth knowledge of stage & gate processes and ability to apply them effectively.
  • B2B/Technical Product Industries: Experience in B2B/technical product industries is highly desirable.
  • Marketing Qualifications: Relevant marketing qualifications or equivalent experience.
