Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, specification, and marketing teams to ensure brand/segment strategies are aligned and effective.
  • Support new product development (NPD) agenda to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Coach and mentor junior brand managers and work closely with other business functions.
  • Lead market research projects and manage the innovation funnel/horizon.
  • Manage agency and budget effectively to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management and leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
  • In-depth knowledge of stage & gate processes.
  • Experience in B2B/technical product industries is preferred.
  • Qualifications in Marketing or similar.
