As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for managing the Coles Homecare business and developing key customer relationships. This pivotal role is crucial in driving growth, fostering team development, and leading towards successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's strategic agenda and align plans accordingly
  • Own the Coles Homecare Customer Strategy, develop and deliver internally and externally
  • Contribute to a 3-year strategic customer plan, integrating insights from CSP and Customer Director

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders, drive joint business planning and negotiations, and execute promotional plans for key categories.

To succeed, you must possess exceptional relationship-building skills, advanced negotiation skills, and a bias for action. You will have a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze market data including Nielsen and Homescan.

This experienced professional should have 5+ years in FMCG Account Management and experience in Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management and Account Management/Field Sales.
