About the Role

Our organisation is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join a supportive environment focused on addressing complex healthcare needs and broadening treatment capabilities to maximise patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and possess at least one full year of nursing experience.

This role contributes to planning, implementing and assisting in the evaluation of health issues and in the provision of nursing care for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the planning, implementing and assisting in the evaluation of health issues and in the provision of nursing care for patients.
  • To work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team comprising primary care, drug & alcohol and mental health services.
