Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member of the Defence Program Office, you will be responsible for researching, developing and providing publication-authoring services to ensure all supporting products are delivered and sustained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals.
  • Research and develop Technical Design Specifications.
  • Develop written or visual Product/Process/Technical documentation, Business Process Maps, and User Manuals.
  • Quality Assurance of documents to maintain continuity of style and content.
Requirements:
  • A qualified practitioner with relevant tertiary qualifications or over 8 years of industry experience.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated strong Technical Writing Skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
