About Logistics and Warehouse Roles

We are currently seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team in a key role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including despatch, receiving, and inventory management. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide high-level customer service.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating the despatch desk and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers;
  • Receiving and processing deliveries, verifying inventory levels, and reporting any discrepancies;
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Participating in quality control initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement efforts;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current high-risk licence, extensive knowledge of warehouse operating systems, and experience working with forklifts. You should also be able to investigate and troubleshoot technical or operational issues, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
