Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at the Adelaide Road Facility, you will lead a team of team leaders and freight handlers to drive operational excellence. You will analyze current performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans to optimize facility operations.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and direct teams towards shared objectives. They will have experience in logistics, Excel, and reporting, as well as proven ability to handle challenging conversations.

This role requires a strong focus on safety, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about coaching and mentoring their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations at the Adelaide Road Facility
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and foster a capable support network to achieve facility objectives
  • Be a topic matter expert in relevant areas of responsibility
  • Drive change and innovation within teams
