Look no further As a Special Counsel in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, you will be working on complex and high-profile cases, developing your skills and expertise, and collaborating with a talented and dedicated team.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with Nicholas Edwards, our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency, and other senior lawyers in the team. Together, you will act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates and company directors, providing expert advice and guidance on restructuring and turnaround strategies.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a strong background in Restructuring and Insolvency law (we also consider candidates with a mixed practice)
  • is passionate about Restructuring & Insolvency and wants to make a difference
  • values a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • is creative and innovative in their approach to problem-solving
