About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned privacy lawyer to join our organization and make a meaningful impact. You will provide strategic advice and risk analysis in relation to privacy and data security management, balancing business opportunities with associated legal and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as legal aspects of data collection, use, disclosure, and storage.
  • Conduct thorough privacy impact assessments for TPG projects and products, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Review and negotiate privacy terms in contracts with business partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective privacy management plans and training programs.
