Job Title: Grampians Breastscreen Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our administration team as a casual receptionist. This role is designed to support our staff on planned and/or unplanned leave, ensuring the service operates seamlessly during weekends and after-hours weekdays.

The successful candidate will provide confidential receptionist services for the Grampians BreastScreen Program, including greeting clients, processing paperwork, and preparing them for the Radiographer to screen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare clients for the Radiographer to screen

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in Women's Health (advantageous but not essential)
  • Data entry experience in a health information system
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • The capacity to regularly reassess work practices for efficiency improvements
