The Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) is the cornerstone of our risk strategy, and we need a skilled professional to support its delivery. You will work closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the wider Risk Management team to ensure effective implementation and compliance.

  • Risk and Control Self-Inspection (RCSA)
  • Issue Management
  • Incident Management
  • Controls Assurance (CA)
  • The bank's Self-Inspection regime
  • Associated internal and regulatory reporting

This role demands attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex processes efficiently. Your primary goal is to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
