Are you looking for a new challenge as a Compliance professional? We are seeking a Head of Compliance to join our team and provide support across all functions, including Compliance, Finance and Claims.

This role will involve:

  • Supporting the Associate Director with all elements of the business, including AFSL Compliance and Claims Management.
  • Identifying and mitigating compliance risks and controls.
  • Maintaining the compliance management framework, ensuring operation in accordance with Regulatory and Financial Services licence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and development to the Compliance team.
  • Drive compliance monitoring and maintain the complaints and breach registers.
  • Prepare and present papers at Board level and provide regular updates to our global executive team.
Requirements
  • Industry experience, ideally from an Insurance background, with knowledge across Risk & Compliance, AFSL and Claims.
  • Operated at an executive level, preparing and presenting papers at Board level and providing regular updates to our global executive team.
  • Hands on approach, leading from the front and providing a high level of coaching and development to the Compliance team.
  • Attention to detail, drive compliance monitoring, maintain the complaints and breach registers and provide reporting for internal parties and Regulatory bodies.
