Responsibilities include:

- Manage Compliance framework and policies
- Lead compliance inspections and regulator relations
- Handle incident reporting and regulatory updates
- Provide compliance training and advice
- Oversee team development and audit responses

About the you:

You are:

- Over 10 years' experience in Legal & Compliance, with more than 5 years in a managerial role
- Degree in Law, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements
- Experienced in strategic planning and executing policy initiatives
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong ability to provide legal and compliance advice
