We are seeking a senior technical professional to lead the implementation and delivery of projects in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. This role involves providing expert technical services, collaborating with project managers and technical leads to ensure smooth and correct implementation of customer solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of technical activities in accordance with contracted terms and agreed design.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior engineer on systems/solutions projects.
- Perform system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of systems with an emphasis on Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- Ensure corporate customer satisfaction standards are met and follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service or products provided.
- Resolve complex problems with clients' systems and/or software applications and provide technical support to client requests, dealing with complex service queries and problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6+ years of related technical experience working with M365 and cloud technologies.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment, particularly with Project Delivery.
- Ability to work unsupervised onsite/remote for extended periods or as part of a team.
- Technical expertise in the design, implementation, and support of systems applied to small and medium environments.
- Experience with Cross Tenant, Google and/or On-Prem to Microsoft 365 migrations (Identity, SSO, Email, OneDrive, SharePoint/Teams, Intune, Defender).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM.
- Microsoft Unified Endpoint Management, Windows Autopilot, Intune MDM/MAM configurations for Apple and Android.
- SharePoint Online / Microsoft Teams Design, Implementation and Migration including Governance and Security.
- Hybrid Exchange Configuration, Migration, and Decommissioning.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint configurations and hardening best practices.
- Microsoft Purview for data protection and governance.
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Understanding of well-known security frameworks such as CIS or Essential 8 for best practice configurations.
