Clinic Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Clinic Manager. As the leader of our clinic, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned beauty therapist with strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and achieving business outcomes. You will be responsible for building relationships with staff and clients, guiding and mentoring junior staff, maintaining and developing our existing client base, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the area manager to ensure the successful running of the clinic.

Tech Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working with medical grade equipment, including lasers and other cosmetic treatments. You will also work closely with leading skincare products and technology.

You will be an experienced beauty therapist with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, and proven experience in managing teams and achieving business outcomes. You must have a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting targets and KPIs.
