We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our team, responsible for assisting the chef in charge and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Key responsibilities include preparing mise en place, maintaining high-quality food production standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Demi Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • The ability to operate various kitchen equipment and practice sound cooking techniques
  • Completion of a Chef Apprenticeship or Certificate in commercial cookery
  • Good food hygiene and safety knowledge, including safe and accurate knife skills
