Aviation Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Aviation Engineer with excellent leadership skills and expertise in engineering principles to oversee all engineering projects ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers to analyze and propose technical improvements that optimize maintenance processes.
  • Engineering Solutions: Analyze and propose engineering solutions to integrate technical advancements into operations.
  • Maintenance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Expertise: Minimum 3 years' experience in aviation engineering roles with strong background in aircraft maintenance and airworthiness regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field such as Aerospace, Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or Engineering Sciences courses relevant to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness continuity management.
