Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team in Strathalbyn, SA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents in residential aged care facilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses with documentation, medication administration, and resident assessments
  • Support with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition
  • Contribute to infection control and prevention initiatives
  • Deliver palliative care, restorative care, and pain management services
  • Liaise with residents' families, doctors, and allied health professionals
Requirements for Success
  • Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • COVID-19 vaccinations and annual flu shot
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience in aged care as a Personal Care Worker in Australia
  • Current Police Check (under 12 months old) and NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
