Job Overview

We offer administrative, branding, mentorship and bookkeeping support to over 30 partners and are growing at a fast rate.Our team looks after day-to-day jobs for our partners including AP/AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, BAS and Superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of a team of offshore bookkeepers
  • Conduct onboarding meetings with new partners
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and Zoom meetings
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Experience with Xero
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced use of Excel
  • Ability to prepare and lodge BAS (under a registered BAS Agent)
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work independently
  • Open to change and easily adaptable
