Backend Engineering Leader

Our organization is redefining how the world experiences technology, and we're looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead our efforts. As a key member of our Admin Experience Group, you'll be responsible for designing and evolving scalable backend systems that support large enterprises and growing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the design and evolution of scalable backend systems
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand multi-team admin needs and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Mentoring and supporting other engineers to role-model engineering excellence and share feedback
  • Shaping admin user experiences by exploring product ideas, testing what's technically possible, and building solutions that meet the needs of large-scale organizations
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in JVM-based languages such as Java or Kotlin
  • Experience designing and leading backend strategies for large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong technical leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and championing scalable, maintainable practices
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity through sound judgment
