Project Manager role is crucial for the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

This position involves managing complex Design and Construct contracts, requiring exceptional leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects with budgets exceeding $1B.

About You:

- 8+ years of experience managing contracts and budgets in excess of $1B
- Experience in a tier 1 Construction environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Commerce, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in complex contractual management
- Advanced knowledge of contractual law and legal acumen
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills supported by outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Key Requirements:

- Deliver Design and Construct contracts on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Protect from potential changes under the Head Contract
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
