We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Operations Officer in our school. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational advice to Principals and Regional personnel on policy and procedural issues.
- You will be responsible for receiving and processing enquiries and complaints in accordance with our Customer Complaints Management Policy and procedure.
- You will work closely with key personnel to prepare timely briefings, responses, and submissions for senior leaders.
- You will support the development of Principals and regional staff to ensure quality systems for complaint management and internal and external communications.
You will maintain accurate records and documentation procedures, while fostering an environment that delivers high-quality services through continuous improvement and feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level strategic and operational advice to Principals and Regional personnel.
- Receive and process enquiries and complaints.
- Work with key personnel to prepare briefings, responses, and submissions.
- SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRINCIPALS AND REGIONAL STAFF.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation procedures.
In addition, you will participate in the development, maintenance, and promotion of communication channels such as SharePoint, websites, TEAMS meetings, newsletters, and email groups.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
