Job Title:

A cloud solutions delivery lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of consultants and partners to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

The AWS Professional Services team is a consulting organization that works with global enterprise customers to achieve their business outcomes securely and faster in the cloud.

This role requires guiding customers through their cloud journey, leveraging AWS mechanisms to help them envision strategic goals and requirements. The cloud solutions delivery lead will use agile delivery methodology to lead project teams, managing scope, schedule, and cost while successfully executing project plans.

This is a customer-facing role requiring travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed. The cloud solutions delivery lead will work closely with cross-functional team members, sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.

  • Analyze project goals, create plans, and drive the AWS team to achieve those goals.
  • Develop business cases and manage budgets effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively across all levels of management and project resources.
