As a key leader in our organisation, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

We are on a journey to reimagine and transform the way people with a disability access and engage in work that matters. As a leading figure in Inclusive Employment Solutions, you will establish and drive initiatives that ensure the success of our supported employment and integrated workforce growth program.

This role leads our Supported Hosted Employment (SHE) strategy, providing diverse job opportunities while delivering sustainable benefits to host employers. You will develop key programs such as Supported Independent Employment (SIE), consulting services, and talent acquisition programs to meet business objectives and drive growth.

You will oversee a talented team and your leadership will be pivotal in growing the number of employees we support with meaningful employment and creating pathways for people with barriers to employment within our own workplaces.

About the Role

- Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement
- Identify growth opportunities and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
- Develop innovative solutions for service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust processes and systems
- Actively engage with stakeholders to promote inclusive practices and facilitate job placements
- Build impactful relationships with community organisations, government agencies, and partners
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions
- Full accountability for operational performance delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes

About You

- Experience in the disability sector highly desirable
- Essential experience leading Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion strategies
- Financial management expertise, including budget management and project management
- Proven leadership abilities, particularly in change management, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and managing challenges effectively
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
