We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team.
About the RoleThe role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, and providing emotional support.
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
- Providing companionship, support, and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
- Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications as required
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any changes or concerns to management
- Responding to emergency situations and providing first aid when necessary
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Current National Police Check and First Aid certification
- Endorsed to administer medication (desired)
