Job Profile

The Senior Retail Credit Risk Manager will spearhead responsible lending initiatives that foster customer satisfaction and business expansion.

  • Evaluate and process equipment finance applications in line with credit guidelines and authority levels
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive credit proposals for retail and key account clients
  • Analyze portfolio trends to identify and mitigate credit and capital risk exposure
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend alternative financing structures to achieve optimal outcomes for the business and customers
  • Review and maintain credit limits, conditions, and securities for key account facilities
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, legal, regulatory and privacy requirements
  • Liaise with legal counsel to prepare and finalize security documentation

This role demands a profound understanding of credit risk, compliance and legislation. The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in banking, finance, accounting or commerce, and a minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, asset finance or a senior credit underwriting position.
