Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills, a gentle touch, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
  • Symptom Observation: Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Procedures and Documentation: Perform routine procedures and fill in patient's charts.
  • Medication Administration: Adjust and administer patient's medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician's orders.
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect the facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards.
  • Emergency Response: Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
  • Training and Development: Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
  • Support and Compassion: Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a registered nurse.
  • Nursing Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Emergency Care: Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility and Compassion: Responsible and compassionate.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Education: B.Sc. or other diploma from a nursing program.
