Clients can receive visits in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight, allowing for flexible scheduling to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client using equipment safely and properly
  • Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments to ensure effective care delivery
