\About the Role\

In this role, you'll work closely with our Source Workplace Law team, providing ER support to multiple large employers across different industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert ER advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing ER strategies that meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality ER services.
