About the Role

Peter Mac is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Foundation, you will play a critical role in setting our high-performing team up for continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement project management systems, practices, and processes to strengthen our project management capability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve strategic issues, and facilitate workshops to work through complex problems.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, and provide regular reports to demonstrate impact and progress.
  • Support the development and delivery of our strategic plan, and lead the development of our 2025 strategy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering concurrent projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, including effective time and workload management.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and management, and proven track record in leading or managing change initiatives.
  • High level of computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite of products.
  • Diploma and/or Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business Management.
