About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated digital strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, developing and implementing a comprehensive social media plan, and creating engaging content across all digital channels.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of a new corporate website, partnering with the marketing team and external agencies to drive digital transformation.
  • Managing and optimizing our existing website platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximum engagement.
  • Designing and executing a cohesive social media strategy, leveraging various channels to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Creating and publishing high-quality content, including blog posts, infographics, and video content, to showcase our brand's personality and expertise.
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Developing internal communications, such as staff newsletters and presentations, to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Providing support for traditional advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall marketing strategy.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in digital marketing, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.

You should possess:

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with various digital tools and technologies, including WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, and SEMrush.
  • Creative Cloud/Photoshop, electronic mail, LinkedIn Campaign, video editing, and other digital tools are highly valued.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
