This position is located in Tamworth, Australia and will contribute to the University of New England's newest campus in the region. The successful candidate will provide place-based strategic support and leadership in the School of Education.

The role involves building strong collaborative partnerships with schools, the early childhood industry, and community. This includes supporting the long-term vision of the University of New England's Tamworth campus to be a transformative force in regional education.

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood & Primary Education, you will work with a highly productive team delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with the community, strengthening and extending partnerships with early childhood settings and schools.

Your key objectives will be to:

  • Establish sustainable links between the industry (early childhood) and the University;
  • Create an outstanding student experience and foster a bold and innovative learning culture;
  • Undertake high-impact research aligned with the University's Strategic Plan;
