  • Support the registered manager during interviews and safer recruitment checks, upholding our commitment to excellence in personnel selection.
  • Compile accurate rota schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained for each young person.
  • Develop and foster meaningful relationships with young people as key carers or supporters, prioritizing trust and mutual respect.
  • Update and implement child-focused care plans and risk assessments, optimizing support mechanisms for young people to thrive.
  • Provide reassurance and support to the team and young people during challenging situations, maintaining a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with external professionals, fostering a network of support and cooperation.
  • Adhere to and enforce adherence to established policies, procedures, and risk assessments, upholding our standards of excellence.
  • Swiftly report any safeguarding or child protection matters to the registered manager, ensuring timely intervention and resolution.
  • Verify that incident reports, accident forms, and restraint documentation have been accurately completed and submitted within agreed timeframes.
