Factory Worker/Sewing Machinist/Car Seat Cover Installer

At Woolly Fleece, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sewing machinist or factory hand. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for fitting car seat covers onto customers' vehicles, as well as performing general cleaning tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They should also be enthusiastic and willing to learn with a 'can-do' attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic sewing skills and knowledge of machinery operation.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on previous experience. Additionally, we provide a flexible work schedule, allowing employees to balance their work and personal life. Opportunities for overtime are available.
Location and RequirementsRelocation to Townsville, QLD is a requirement for this position. A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential. Own transport or reliable transportation is necessary, as we do not have a bus service near us.
