Sewing Machinist

Woolly Fleece is looking for a happy and motivated applicant to join our team. We understand the need to look after your family and will work with you to facilitate that.

No experience needed, we will teach you We are open to employing part time during school hours or to fit in with uni hours for the right applicants .

Woolly Fleece is a well known business in Townsville, we manufacture seat covers for all vehicles and also fit them onto the customers car when finished. We need team members who are hands-on, fast-paced and can jump from one job to the next with ease.

The wages mentioned are for adults over 21 depending on their previous experience. Juniors 16-20 would have a lower starting pay.

Your duties include:

• Fitting car seat covers to customers vehicles
• Sheepskin/canvas sewing machinist or sheepskin sewing machinist
• General cleaning

To be considered you must have:

• Able to work as part of a team
• Great communication skills, verbal & written.
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Own transport or reliable transport as we do not have a bus service near us.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
