We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our passionate team of caring Home Support Workers dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians.
Our Home Support Workers deliver personalised support for clients, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for through services and activities tailored to their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These may include:
- Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
- Support with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
- Monitoring medication.
- Scheduling and attending appointments.
- Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.
We are looking for individuals who pride themselves on delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector. You will have:
- A warm and caring nature
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A positive and practical attitude
- Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Must be available 3 days per week
