Large Scale Infrastructure Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead a team in planning, forecasting and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of project engineers to ensure timely delivery and optimal profitability.
- Collaborate with area supervisors to plan and deliver the full design and construction program.
- Ensure workforce, safety, quality and scheduling needs are met.
- Manage traffic plans, council approvals and LAAN access notices.
- Track and communicate variations and ensure timely reporting.
- Oversee construction dashboards, trackers and completion artefacts.
- Coordinate stock orders and manage construction changes.
- Support financial forecasting, budget tracking and reconciliation.
- Analyse KPIs and lead improvement initiatives.
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering (or related field) is desirable.
- Project management certification (PMBOK, PMP, Prince2) is desirable.
- Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.
- Strong leadership, financial and commercial acumen is required.
