**Sustainability Design Specialist**: Join our Brisbane office and play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient, cost-effective to run, and sustainable. We're looking for graduates who have a passion for sustainability and thrive in designing innovative projects.

In this role, you'll work under the guidance of experienced staff across multiple offices and develop your knowledge and skills in sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, and green building certification. You'll also assist in managing water conservation strategies, reducing upfront emissions, transportation, undertaking energy audits, and other related duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated graduates looking to start a career in sustainable design and the built environment. The targeted start date will be in January 2026 and can be flexible.

The Role You'll Play

You will perform complex tasks such as analysing, reporting, modelling and documenting exciting sustainable design projects. You will work across various sectors like Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail and Residential. You will have opportunities over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as we support the development of your professional skills.

The Skills You'll Bring

You will be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment or a related area. Excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential. Knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC etc, and experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) are viewed positively but not essential.
