Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics operations, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless day-to-day warehouse operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving procedures, and quality assurance measures. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements will be essential in maintaining optimal warehouse efficiency.

A successful Warehouse Operations Coordinator must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also crucial in this role.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor discrepancies
  • Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
  • Maintain equipment and perform quality checks
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in warehouse coordination or logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management principles
  • Forklift license required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
