Our Team
We are seeking two talented individuals to join our customer care team on a fixed-term basis for three months. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients and outbound calls to arrange follow-up appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Use your initiative to resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our existing customer service staff to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathise with patients.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
