Deli Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced deli manager to join our team. As a deli manager, you will be responsible for assisting the service deli manager in the day-to-day running of the deli department.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and coach a team of deli staff
- Complete production and action orders efficiently
- Generate rosters and manage staff schedules effectively
- Liaise with team members and management regularly
- Fresh food retail knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to supervise a team and motivate staff
- Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit
- Accurate team member rostering and scheduling
- Passion and enthusiasm with a hands-on approach

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
