Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks including payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management Systems: Operate and maintain financial management systems including SABA and SAP to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  2. Payroll Processing: Monitor payroll reports and ensure anomalies are amended, prepare journals for rectification to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  3. Accounts Payable: Process invoices, transfer claims, travel claims, corporate card, and cab charge accounts ensuring accuracy in alignment with policy.

Additional Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to work groups and assist in project work as determined by the Manager.
