About the Role

We are passionate about helping members make the most of their money. As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you will provide data-driven insights to drive business growth and support the business unit with evidence-based member research.

You will engage with team members and stakeholders on business and customer issues, enabling effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data mining and analysis of customer data, data modelling, and data visualization tools.
  • Explore data analysis seeking opportunities and early identification of problem and opportunity areas.
  • Perform data studies and data discovery around new data sources or new uses for existing data sources.

Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency in SQL Server and other industry Business Intelligence tools and methods.
  • Proven ability to consult widely, build strong relationships, and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
