The role of the People and Culture Manager encompasses strategic workforce development, fostering a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and capability enhancement. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, learning and development initiatives, leading and mentoring a team, and driving retention strategies.
- Developing and implementing HR best practices to align with organizational goals and values
- Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams to support business objectives
- Creating and maintaining effective policies, procedures, and communication channels
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
To succeed in this critical position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of HR compliance, performance management, and talent development
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on employee growth and engagement
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
